This weekend, Denver, Colorado, and other places in the United States were hit by severe snowstorms. According to the National Weather Service, it is expected that the snowfall will reach 2 feet by Monday morning.

Brazil:

Due to a new peak in the Covid 19 outbreak, from March 9th, Brazil Post will implement a rotation system for 50% of its staff to increase social distancing and protect its workers.

Moreover, the post-transfer center in Sao Paulo is already overstressed.

For this reason, deliveries are expected to be delayed for 3-5 days.

Bad weather conditions are causing shipping delays in Europe and the US.

In Europe:

Currently, customs clearance and transit goods at Dutch stations are expected to be delayed by 3-7 days. It will be relieved after February 24th.
In fact, due to the impact of the epidemic, the shortage of cargo station staff, and the impact of the snowstorm, some goods were overstocked and delayed.
Countries involved: France, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Croatia, Sweden, Greece, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Romania, Austria, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Belgium, Norway, Finland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Malta, Luxembourg, Poland, Denmark.

United States:

Due to blizzards and freezing rain, the final delivery in the United States has been delayed to various degrees.
The most affected states are Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
The overall shipping delays are expected to be for 3-7 days in the East of the United States and 1-3 days in the West of the United States.

The “Darcy” storm is raging in many European countries causing blizzards and strong winds that are expected to last until the 10th of February. 

Destructive snowfalls have occurred in many places, and the temperature is expected to drop to minus 20 degrees Celsius. 

Due to the weather and the high level of snow, road traffic in the Netherlands and Germany has been interrupted.

Some areas in the UK are also experiencing 30 cm of snow, with strong winds that may reach 80 to 90 kilometers per hour.

The Netherlands suffered the worst snow disaster in two decades. Some railways and civil aviation operations were interrupted, all COVID-19 testing centers were closed, and the Dutch government also canceled weekly epidemic prevention and control meetings.

For the above reasons: shipping to the Netherlands, Great Britain, and Germany are expected to be delayed by 5-10 days.
