Connect an existing Shopify page product with Yakkyofy with the SKU number

If you are already selling a product and you want to start using Yakkyofy as supplier for that item, you can connect you pre-existing Shopify Page with your Yakkyofy dashboard without changing the URL of the page.

It is really easy. You have to search the product in our catalog and if you don’t find it there ask for a quotation with our Chrome Extension. Then you have to visit your product page inside the Yakkyofy Dashboard and copy the SKU of the all the products variants and copy them inside the Shopify Product Page.

Check inside Shopify, that the correct Yakkyofy Variant SKUs correspond to the correct Shopify Variant SKUs, for example, black with black and gray with grey, and then click “Save”.

How to track your packages and find where they are?

On the Yakkyofy Dashboard, inside your “Order tab” you can find all your orders. If you click on the plus button, you can see all the details of each order.

Under shipping status, you will find some indication about where is that order packages.

The possible status that you can visualize are:

  • Pending: New shipments added that are pending to track, or new shipments without tracking information available yet.
  • Info Received: Carrier has received a request from the shipper and is about to pick up the shipment.
  • In Transit: Carrier has accepted or picked up shipment from the warehouse. The shipment is on the way.
  • Out for Delivery: Carrier is about to deliver the shipment, or it is ready to pick up.
  • Failed Attempt: Carrier attempted to deliver but failed, and usually leaves a notice and will try to deliver again.
  • Delivered: The shipment was delivered successfully.
  • Exception: Custom hold, undelivered, returned shipment to the sender or any shipping exceptions.
  • Expired: Shipment has no tracking information for 30 days since added.

To track exactly where the package is, copy the tracking number and past it on this website.

How do you calculate shipping prices?

Shipping prices are based on product weight, shipping service and destination. We always try to give you the fastest service at the lowest price. First, we consider the timing and if two services have the same delivery time, we choose the cheaper one.

Someone may ask why can’t we give the same price for all the products and all the countries. This is impossible because there are products that are considered dangerous, like for example liquids, the differences in weight and volume change a lot the price of the shipping.

Then you have to consider the country and the shipping services, not all the shipping services are available in all countries.

So we always try to offer the best service considering timing and price and this means a different price for different products and countries.

If you want to see the price of a specific item in a specific country you can go inside the Product Page >> click on Shipping Price >> and select the country that you want to ship to.

There you will see all the shipping services available for that country with their prices. Our system’s default for shipping is always to ship with the faster service.

Can you ship to Amazon FBA?

Yes, we can ship wholesales products to Amazon FBA, but to do that, you need to provide us:

  • the label that you want to put on each product
  • the label on the outer carton.
  • the barcode file
  • suffocation label (if you need them)

Can I customize packaging?

Yes, packaging can be customized. More the customization is simple cheaper will be the price.

You can choose a box or a simple bag (like this one below)

For this bag, for example, the minimum order is 300 pc for 0.2 $ each.

We can also stamp a one color logo on the bag and add inside a card with a discount or a coupon.

What are the benefits of having stock in your warehouse?

If you buy some quantities in advance, leave in our warehouse, once you have ordered, we can pick & pack and ship it out right away. So this can help to save local shipping time (every time you place an order, you will need to wait 1-3 days for China local shipping from supplier to our warehouse). If you pre-stock some quantities, you can save this local shipping time and provide even faster shipping to your customers.

Keeping stocks in our warehouse is a great way to sell products during Chinese festivities when all factories are closed. For example, during the Chinese New Year holiday, the factories are closed for over one month.

Also having a stock of products protects you from the “out of stock” problem. In fact, if the supplier finishes his stock, you need to wait till the product become available again and this means delays in your shipping.

Moreover, if you want to sell products with private label, the only way is to buy a stock. And with our free warehouse policy, you don’t need to worry about where to keep your goods.

Do you want to order a stock but you don’t know how to do it.

Each time that an order arrives, we will deduct a product from your Virtual Warehouse Inventory, so that you can check in real time the availability of your products.

How can I know that my stock is low?

You can choose to be notified when your stock is about to finish. To do that you can go in Personal Settings, click on Low Stock Alert and choose the amount limit that you prefer. When one of your items will reach that amount, you will receive notifications.

Do I need to pay to stock goods in your warehouse?

No, storage service in our warehouse is free but if the customer does not make any sales in two months, we may charge the relevant storage fee depending on the used cbm.

The shipping time is on working days or not?

The shipping time is calculated on working days. This means that if the estimated shipping time is 9 days, it will be 9 working days after an order has been shipped. Working days do not include Saturday/Sunday or any public holidays. Please understand that all the estimates are based on normal circumstances, it is not a guarantee of delivery time.

The shipping/delivery performance also varies from countries and/or even cities. Yakkyofy does understand how important fast delivery is, so we always choose the most stable and faster shipping method for our customers. However, Yakkyofy is not responsible for the delays or failures in delivery resulting from any force majeure event such as war, bad weather, natural disaster, or any other event beyond our direct control such as customs issues, strike or accidents.

Besides shipping time, the processing time is necessary to be considered. Processing time is the time between when we receive paid-order from you and when we ship it out. When items are in stock in our warehouse, the processing time will be just one or maximum two days. When the items are not in stock, we will need to purchase from suppliers and wait for the goods to arrive in our warehouse, it may have extra 1 to 4 days for local shipping depends on suppliers’ location. When the items are in limited stock, in shortage or no longer available, we will update supply status and send a notification to our customers.

How your warehouse policy works?

All of our customers can enjoy free storage in our warehouse. All storage headaches, just leave it to Yakkyofy, so that you can focus on selling! Also, we keep all the returned products for our customers, so that you can re-sell these items again if needed. The storage service is free, but if the customer does not make any sales in two months, we may charge the relevant storage fee.

Can you explain your policy about returns?

When the item is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video within 5 days after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival).

In this case, Yakkyofy will reship a new item and the customer does not need to return the damaged/incorrect item. If the item has a high value, we may ask the customer to return it.

Note: Due to different batches of the products, it may come from different production lots, the item logo or packaging the customer received may vary from shipments or from the photos displayed on our App or website. If all the physical appearance or the functions of the item are correct, this case will not be included in the free re-shipping policy of incorrect item.

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our warehouse in China. In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.

All customers must contact Yakkyofy for approval before sending or returning any item to us. Yakkyofy will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to Yakkyofy.

Note: Yakkyofy reserves the right of any changes of the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website or on the customer’s dashboard.

What is Special Line?

Special Line is the best and faster service for dropshipping products from China. With Special Line we can deliver products in around 5-10 working days in all the Tier 1 countries.

The Tier 1 country list:

Do you have a MOQ, how it works?

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) requirement depends on suppliers and products. Yakkyofy knows that you would always like to keep the flexibility to buy small quantity when you test one product and that you need a competitive price when you scale up to increase your profit. For this reason, Yakkyofy always finds the balance between your need and the supplier’s requirement.

For each product, you will find 2 MOQ (MOQ & discount MOQ) and its corresponding price which allow you to start any product easily and enjoy more benefits and profits when you sell it more. MOQ is the lowest starting quantity that Yakkyofy can buy from Chinese factories or wholesalers. MOQ for each product is 5pcs. Discount MOQ is the quantity to reach cheaper price segmentation, that means the more you sell the more money you can save. You can see the discount MOQ info and its price on each product page.

But, as usual, Yakkyofy always thinks about how to bring more benefits to you. If you cannot reach MOQ from the start, do not worry about it, Yakkyofy will help you to aggregate orders of the same item from all of our customers in 3 days, once aggregation reaches MOQ during our 3-day order exporting period, your order will still be fulfilled by Yakkyofy!

If after 3-day aggregation period, your order quantity still does not meet our MOQ, we will suspend your orders and send a notification to you, so you can have another supplier satisfy your order.

Note: Yakkyofy reserves the right of any changes to MOQ/discount MOQ/price/aggregation/aggregation period. Any changes will be updated on our website or on the customer’s dashboard.

Can I pause one of my orders?

Yes, you can. Sign in in your Yakkyofy account and click on the “Order Tab”.

Then find the order you want to stop and click on the orange button.

If an order is stopped means that we will not process or fulfill this order, until it is activated again.

Second, you can only stop orders that are not fulfilled yet. If an order is already been fulfilled, means that is been already shipped out so it can’t be stopped anymore.

When you are ready to fulfill your order, go back to the “Order Tab” and click on the button “PLAY” near to the selected item and our buyer office will start processing your order.

Can I cancel an order, how can I do it ?

Yes, you can cancel one of your orders, but only if those two conditions apply:

  1. you can cancel an order only until its status on the Yakkyofy Order Tab is unfulfilled. When the order became fulfilled you will not be able to cancel it anymore.
  2. you can only cancel an order all together, you can’t cancel it partially.

If you want to cancel an order on Shopify you have to enter in your Order Tab inside your Shopify Store and click on the order that you want to cancel.

At this point, click on the button More Actions and then on Cancel Order.

When you cancel an order on Shopify, the order will automatically be cancel also inside your Yakkyofy Dashboard and your money will be automatically refunded in your eWallet.

If you want to cancel an order on Woocommerce you have to enter in your WordPress store, then in Woocommerce.

Click on the order tab and select the order that you want to cancel. You can cancel an order on WordPress only if the order is still in processing status if the order is in any other status can’t be canceled anymore.

In this case, you have only to move the status from processing to “cancel” or to “refunded” and the order will be automatically canceled also on your Yakkyofy Dashboard and your money will be automatically refunded in your eWallet.

I have an order on my store but I can’t see it on Yakkyofy, Why?

If you have an order on your store and you don’t find it on Yakkyofy, there are only two possibilities:

  1. the order doesn’t result paid yet. Until the order doesn’t result paid on your store, it will not appear on the Yakkyofy dashboard. So, for example, there is an order on Woocommerce that is pending, will not appear on Yakkyofy.
  2. you are selling an item or a variant that you didn’t import from Yakkyofy. Yakkyofy only tracks the order of the products that you directly import from our dashboard.

How can I recharge my E-wallet?

To recharge your e-wallet just go to the “eWallet” tab on your Yakkyofy Dashboard and you will find instructions on how to do it.

It’s easy – you just need to transfer the amount of money you choose to either a bank account or Paypal, writing inside the motivations eWallet Recharge and in 24 h the credit will be uploaded on your account.

Can I ship orders in bulk?

Yes, we can ship orders in bulk when the customer and the shipping address are the same. Please note that the shipping cost depends on the total weight of the products. There is a weight limit for one parcel and we will ship together all the products until the consented weight. If a customer buys a lot of products or they are heavy, it may be necessary to ship with more than one parcel. In one parcel we can ship together a maximum of 5 different SKU.

With Yakkyofy, you don’t need to pay and send your orders one by one, you can send out orders in bulk with few clicks with only one payment.

What is your product assurance policy?

Yakkyofy guarantees the conformity of the product to the specific requests. So if the products arrive with a different color or size, Yakkyofy will replace it. Please be noted that due to different batches or different production lots, the products and packaging that the customer received may vary from the previous shipment or from the photos displayed on our App or website. If all the physical appearance or the functions of the items are correct, this case will not be included on the free re-shipping policy of the incorrect item.

How long a quotation is valid? A quotation have an expire date?

The price and the availability of a product are always changing because depends on market and products trend. A product really trendy can become more expensive, a product that nobody sells anymore can become out of stock. For this, if after you receive a quotation you never buy that item,  you can consider our quotation valid only for one month, if you are constantly buying an item, we will you keep you update on any change about that item.

How to import a product on your store?

After connecting your Yakkyofy dashboard to your Store.

You can start to import products from our catalog on your store. If you don’t find the product that you need you can request a quotation with our Chrome Extension. To know how to do it click here

To import products from Yakkyofy to your Store. You have two options:

–    you can click on the purple symbol for a fast import

–    you can click on show details

Inside Show you can modify:

  •     the title of the item
  •     the description

On the right, you can find the field “Shipping Price” and “Shipping Range”

Under “Shipping Price”, you can review the shipping method, the price and the timing available for each country. For example, if you choose Austria, you will find all the shipping methods and the prices for this specific country.

Under “Shipping Range”, you can underline all the countries where you want to ship your products and we will give you as output the maximum and minimum costs for product purchase plus shipping.
For example, if I click on Austria, Australia and Belgium the system will show me this tab.
Here you can see the maximum and the minimum possible costs that I could pay when selling in these 3 countries. This is only a tool created for showing a price range and for helping our customers to better plan their marketing strategy.

In the “Product Image” area, you can choose the pictures that you want to show to your customers

In the “Variants” area you can choose the variant that you want to show:

  • for example: the color of the item
  • the price (in this case, you can choose a fixed markup or a customized price)
  • You can choose to add a compare at price, to show that your price is lower than the original one, that you have to indicate in this field.

After having chosen all these details, click on “import and publish” if you want to start selling the product, “import” if you want to import it on draft. Then choose on which store you want to publish your item and it is done.

After publishing the product, you will find your items in the section “Product” of your store.

Change currency on Woocommerce

Notice that if you change the currency of your Woocommerce store, the price that is registered as a number (this is a WordPress setting, it not a Yakkyofy setting) will remain the same.

The Woocommerce store will not automatically change your prices, so you will have to change them all manually.

Automatic Tracking Number for Woocommerce

Woocommerce doesn’t manage tracking numbers, normally they are managed by other WordPress plugin.

So when we fulfill one of your Woocommerce orders, we will upload the tracking number inside your Yakkyofy orders tab, but we will not be able to import the tracking number inside Woocommerce.

Connect an existing Woocommerce page product with Yakkyofy

If you are already selling a product and you want to start using Yakkyofy as a supplier for that item, you can connect you pre-existing Shopify Page with your Yakkyofy dashboard without changing the URL of the page.

It is really easy. You have to search the product in our catalog and if you don’t find it there ask for a quotation with our Chrome Extension. Then you have to visit your product page inside the Yakkyofy Dashboard and click on import.

At this point the product will be imported on you WordPress store, go inside the page and change the URL with the URL of the former page and it is done.

How to connect your Woocommerce Store?

Visit our website yakkyofy.com and Sign up. Confirm your email and then login in to your account.

You will see your User Dashboard.

Now click on “Connect my store” and choose Woocommerce.

Then insert your Woocommerce Store URL, and choose the currency of your Woocommerce Store.

NB: in the tab “Connect my Store” you can see the Connected Woocommerce Stores” Area where you can see all the Woocommerce Store that you have already connected. Yakkyofy is a Multi-Store dashboard so you can connect more stores with only one account Yakkyofy.

Pay attention, you don’t have to insert, https or www, only the domain name.

Click on the button connect and you will be redirected on the page for connecting your store, then click install.

Tracking number, how they work with Shopify, and what to do if the order is archived.

Yakkyofy will upload all you tracking numbers inside the Order Tab in your Yakkyofy Dashboard and also inside your Shopify Store.

At the same time two email will be sent automatically by Yakkyofy:

The first will be a notification for you, that will look like this one.

The second will be an email for your customer, with all the info about how to track the shipment. This email will be sent with your logo and your address so that your customer will not know that is from Yakkyofy.

Yakkyofy will also upload your tracking number in your Shopify order page, but only if the order is not “ARCHIVED”.

If the order has already been archived, you can upload your tracking number manually by clicking on the  “Add Tracking” button.

Insert in the Tracking Number Field,  the tracking number that you found in your Yakkyofy App.

To complete the Tracking URL field, you have to go to https://www.17track.net and insert your tracking number, then copy the link that comes out. Like the Yellow one that you see in the following picture.

Then choose “Other” as carrier and Save.

How to use SKU number to update product variants inside your Shopify Store?

If you want to add a bundle variant or a variant to one of your Yakkyofy’s products, first, you have to ask for a quotation in our Chat.

Our Customer Service will upload the new variant for you and then will update you with a message on Messenger.

At this point you have two possibilities:

  1. You can cancel the product page on your Shopify store and re-import the product another time. In this way, you will automatically import the new variant, but you will change the URL of your product page.
  2. If you already have a lot of visits on your product page and you don’t want to change the URL, you can import the SKU manually. In the following paragraph, I will explain to you how to do it:

When you have the new variant in your Yakkyofy’s dashboard and you want to manually upload the change on the product page of your Shopify store, you have to follow these instructions.

First, visit your product page inside the Yakkyofy Dashboard and copy the SKU of the new Variant.

Then visit the product page of the same product in your Shopify store and click on “Add a variant”.

Insert the right name of the variant and the SKU that you took from the Yakkyofy Dashboard.

Then click on “Save”.

How to connect your Shopify Store?

Visit our website yakkyofy.com and Sign up. Confirm your email and then login into your account.

You will see your User Dashboard.

Now click on “Connect my store” and choose Shopify.

Then insert your Shopify Store URL, the URL given by Shopify that finish with myshopify.com

NB: in the tab “Connect my Store” you can see the Connected Shopify Stores” Area where you can see all the Shopify Store that you have already connected. Yakkyofy is a Multi-Store dashboard so you can connect more stores with only one account Yakkyofy.

Pay attention, you don’t have to insert, https or www, only the domain name.

Click on the button connect and you will be redirected on the page for downloading the app,  then click install.

How to use the Chrome Extension?

On Yakkyofy, you can import products to your store from our catalog, or you can ask for the quotations of a product using our Chrome Extension. How to use this extension?

After Signing up on Yakkyofy.com, you will see your User Dashboard.

If you click on the Button “Download the Chrome Extension” you will be sent to the page to download the app like this one

Remember you have to use Chrome as your browser, using other browsers, the extension will not be working.

After installing the Chrome extension, click on the icon and log in with the same credential that you use on Yakkyofy.com

Now you can choose where you want to search your products, you can scrape items from Alibaba, Aliexpress, Wish, Gearbest, Banggood.

Visit one of these websites and click on the product page, then click on the icon of our Chrome Extension and click on the import button.

For a quick process, you can also go on the category page and click on the Yakkyofy symbol just like in the picture.

You can send 5 product requests per day, so be wise on your choices.

After importing the products, you will find them on the page requests on your User Dashboard on Yakkyofy.

Now, you have to wait 3 working days to receive our quotations, that will be from 15% to 50% lower than the price on the Chinese E-commerce platforms.

When your quotation is ready, you will receive an email.

At this point, go to your User Dashboard, Request page and click on, “Action” and then on “See on Catalogue” to see your quotation.

If everything is fine for you, click on the button “import & publish”  to import your product in your Store and start selling.

What is the Notifications Tab and how does it work?

Visit your Yakkyofy User Dashboard to see the Notification Tab on the right side.

Here you can find the notification system that helps to monitor the shipments and trackings for you to provide better customer service to your clients.

Here you will find also some notifications about your Virtual Warehouse products, your e-Wallet credit, shipping and tracking code.

What is the Virtual Warehouse Tab and how does it work?

The Yakkyofy’s Virtual Warehouse allows you to automate the fulfillment process of all the products in stock that you have bought with Yakkyofy. No click required.

It’s simple. When you buy products in stock using Yakkyofy, we will upload your items on the inventory tab in your Virtual Warehouse.

Each time that a new order arrives that has been paid for, the system will automatically deduct the sold items from your inventory.

With this tab, you can keep an eye on all the stocks that you have bought with Yakkyofy and you can view the inventory records of all the products that have been shipped out and the remaining inventory items.

To start using this feature, visit your Yakkyofy User Dashboard and you will see the Virtual Warehouse tab on the left side.

On this tab, you will find the “Sum Tab” and the Detail Tab.

In the “Sum Tab”, you can view the remaining balance of each item in your inventory. Remember, each variant is a different item. For example, if you have a product with 4 variants, you will see 4 different rows for the product on your Sum Tab.

In the “Detail Tab”, you will find your inventory’s daily records. So you can check how many products you have sold daily.

What is the Settings Tab and how does it work?

In the Settings tab, you can see the Price Logic Space, where you can set up the margin that you want automatically added to the Yakkyofy price when publishing on your store.

Under “Shipping Plan” you can choose if ship with

  • the Default Logic
  • the Premium Special Line Logic

The Default Logic means that your orders will be always shipped with the faster shipping method available for that country.

The Premium Special Line Logic means that when an order has to be sent in US, UK, France and Germany it will be sent with Premium Special Line a shipping method faster but more expensive, it can deliver a package in 3-7 days.

Under “Low Stock Alert” you set an alert that will notify you when your stock level reaches the amount that you write inside the box.

Under “Billing Information” you will find all the field that you have to complete to invoiced your orders.

At the end of the page, you will find the consent that you give to us and you can modify them when needed.

What is the e-Wallet tab and how does it work?

Visit your Yakkyofy User Dashboard, click on the “e-Wallet” tab and then choose the “e-Wallet”.

This service helps you to automate your order fulfillment process. No click required.

It’s simple. When you upload credit onto your e-Wallet, Yakkyofy will automatically process your orders as soon as they arrive at your store and will deduct money from your e-Wallet in real time.

On top of the page you can see:

  • Total Balance: this number indicates the total of cash plus credit (if you have it).
  • Cash Balance: this number indicates how much you have on your eWallet
  • Recommended next recharge: this number indicates how much we advice you to recharge
  • Due payments: this number indicates how much you have to pay to fulfill all the pending orders on your dashboard.

Then in the e-Wallet history Tab, you can check out all the movements related to your credit on Yakkyofy: new deposits, payments, etc..

What is the Orders tab and how does it work?

Click on the “Orders” tab and then choose the “all orders”.

Here you will find the list of all your orders: you can see if an order is paid or unpaid.

You can see if an order is fulfilled or unfulfilled.

If you click on the plus button, you will see the details of every single order and if it is fulfilled, you will find also the related tracking number.

If you click on the “Pending Orders” Tab, you will see all the unpaid orders.

Here you can click on the button “Check all out” to pay them all together with only one click. Or, you can select only the single orders that you want to pay and click on the “Orders Selected” Button.

After clicking on the Check out button, you will see this page and you can pay for your orders with Paypal.

As soon as your payment is sent out we will start processing your orders, the status will pass from the unfulfilled status to the fulfilled status on you “all order” tab and the tracking number will be updated inside the order tab.

What is the Requests tab and how does it work?

In the Request tab, you can find the quotations that you asked using our Chrome Extension. To learn more about how to use our Chrome Extension click here.

Using our Chrome Extension you can send us all the info that we need to make a quotation of a product that you have already seen on Alibaba, Aliexpress, Wish, GearBest and Banggoon, with only one click.

After importing the items with the Chrome Extension, you will find the items in the Request Tab inside your Yakkyofy Dashboard. 

When you see the icon with the yellow clock, it means that the quotations are not ready yet and it is pending.

If the clock is green, means that the quotation is ready.

If it is red means that for some reason we can’t quote that item.

Then if you click on the “LINK symbol” you can see the original link for the quotation. If you click on “Actions”, you can delete the request or visualize it. 

Clicking on “See on Catalog”,  you will enter in the Product Page and see all the detail of the item, its variants, price and shipping price.

What is the Products tab and how does it work?

In the Products Tab, you will find all the products of our catalog. Those are public items that all our customer can see, while the products in the Requests Tab are private and visible only to the customer that requested them, so only to you.

In the Product Tab, you can search for products by query, category, price and then, if you want, you can import them in your store by clicking on the purple lightning symbol.

If you need to export our products in CSV you can do it, first, you have to select the items that you need to export by clicking on two arrow symbol and then click on the button “Export”.
